Top 5 Food Delivery Services on iOS in Colombia, Q4 2021

During Q4 2021, the performance of the top five food delivery services on iOS in Colombia showed varying trends across weekly downloads, active users, and revenue. Here’s a closer look at how each app fared during this period.

Rappi: Market and Food Online experienced fluctuations in its metrics throughout the quarter. Weekly revenue peaked at approximately $6K in mid-October, before stabilizing around $2K-$4K towards the end of the year. Downloads saw a slight increase overall, starting at 7K at the end of September and reaching a peak of about 8.2K in mid-November. Active users showed a gradual decline, from 225K at the beginning of the quarter to around 200K by the end of December.

iFood - Comida a Domicilio had consistent download numbers, peaking at 8.2K in early October and then fluctuating between 5.4K to 7.5K throughout the rest of the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, averaging around 67K to 69K, with minor fluctuations.

DiDi Food - Food Delivery saw a significant increase in downloads, starting from 1.2K at the end of September and reaching a peak of 4.5K in early November. Active users also increased steadily, from 4.7K at the beginning of the quarter to 15.2K by the end of December.

JOKR - Fast Grocery Delivery had modest download numbers, fluctuating between 800 and 2K throughout the quarter. Active users showed a similar trend, starting at 3.8K in late September and peaking at 4.6K in early December before declining slightly towards the end of the year.

TiendasYa Domicilio de Bebidas, a newer entrant in the market, saw its downloads increase from 279 in early October to a peak of 1.4K in early December, before stabilizing around 800 towards the end of the year.
